"The Rocket" Ashtanga Yoga Instructor

Timmayo received his training with Ashtanga Yoga Puerto Rico (formerly called "It's Yoga") - a system formulated by Larry Schultz and popularized in San Francisco.  The Rocket Yoga System is firmly founded in tradition while incorporating progressive yoga philosophies. Why is it called "The Rocket"? Because it 'gets you there faster'! It's the ideal style for those who prefer a more intense, strength, and challenging yoga practice.  "It is designed to wake up the nervous system and feed it the precious prana it craves while promoting a spirit of change and freedom in the practice."  Whether you are a beginner or more advanced, you will be able to ease into the right flow for you. To learn more about The Rocket click here. Timmayo is available for both private yoga sessions and scheduled teaching engagements at timmayo86@gmail.com.
